According to the Russian Rambler News Service, the adviser to Russian President Vladimir Putin Sergei Glazyev considers cryptocurrencies as a way to bypass Western sanctions. He said that there is an objective need for cryptocurrencies.    Dr. Glazyev is an economist and a member of the National Financial Council of the Bank of Russia.
